We offer fixed-rate DHL or FedEx shipping depending on your location. It usually takes 4 to 8 business days for orders to arrive at most destinations worldwide, but shipping time is greatly affected by factors beyond our control (weather, customs clearance delays, etc.). We provide tracking information so you can check the state of your shipment.
We can ship all in-stock orders in 5 business days right after your payment has cleared. The 5-day lead time includes extensive testing for all items prior to shipping.
Should you require faster shipping than what we offer above, please send us an email. In the near future, we intend to have distribution hubs in the U.S.
Replacement and Exchange
We take all measures to deliver to you only top-notch, high-quality products. All items are inspected, fully-tested and carefully hand-packed prior to shipping. Nevertheless, we guarantee replacement of any faulty item(s) within 90 days from date of shipment. You agree to pay the return shipping on exchanges. Items cannot be replaced or exchanged after the 90-day warranty period.
Returns and Refund
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for refund within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. Please send us an email for return authorisation, with a small note stating the reason for the return, within this 7-day period. The note will help us serve you better and improve our products. Refund will be given after checking and validation of the reason for the return. Shipping fee is not covered in the refund. We hope you understand that we can only accept returns of items in their original packaging, in the same condition as you received them, together with the original receipt. You must cover the cost of returning the product. Items cannot be returned for refund after the 7-days refund warranty period.
This warranty will not apply however if the item has been subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been altered in any way.
