The Infinity System is a multichannel system with true polyphonic sustain: all vibrating strings sustain indefinitely until muted. You can play single notes, layered harmonies, counterpoint, or chords that sustain forever.
Infinity-D takes Infinity to the next level, adding direct BOSS/Roland Serial GK5 connectivity.
The original Infinity system already uses digital control for sustain while sending analog multichannel signals to the outside world through Nexus. Infinity-D keeps the same polyphonic sustain concept but carries the instrument outward through a digital interface.
See Understanding the Infinity System for details.
