We’ve kept our prices unchanged since 2018. Over the years, we’ve absorbed rising costs without passing them on. But with the recent tariffs now hitting especially hard in the U.S. (and affecting shipping more broadly), a price adjustment is unavoidable.
At the same time, we’re making things easier with two changes:
- Free Shipping on orders of $199 or more (select countries)—covering the regions where most of our customers are based and where we have consistent, reliable shipping arrangements.
- 10% Discount on all orders over $300.
From now on, the price you see is the price you pay—no extra shipping added at checkout. On our end, we’ll be covering around $30 per item at the low end to make this transition simpler and easier, particularly for customers in the U.S. who are most affected by the tariffs.
It’s not the kind of change we like to make, but it allows us to keep offering the same level of quality and support while absorbing part of the burden ourselves. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Footnote: Free shipping and discounts currently apply to the Nu Capsules, Nu Multi, the Nexus, and Nexus peripherals only.
